Who we are

Tomer Turjeman has worked in construction since 2005. He founded Seven Home Improvement Inc. in February 2020. The company has held California CSLB license #1078564, Class B General Building Contractor, since July 2021, and it has been BBB Accredited since 2022 with an A+ rating.

We work one way. We design your project and build it, and the person who visits your home and prices the work runs the project once you sign. We publish our starting prices, give you a written scope and a fixed price before work begins, and handle permits and inspections ourselves. If we find something unexpected behind a wall, we show you and agree any change in writing before we go on.

Why we work this way

I’ve worked in construction since 2005. I started Seven Home Improvement in 2020, and we’ve been licensed since 2021 (CSLB #1078564). We keep design and construction in one company so the plan you approve is one we’ve already priced and know we can build.

When something comes up during a job, and in older San Diego houses something usually does, you hear it from us first, with options and a price in writing.
