New pool and backyard in Escondido
A bare dirt yard behind a new house, now a pool with three water features, a stamped concrete deck and artificial turf. We drew the pool, pulled the permit and were the general contractor for the project, and we poured the concrete and installed the turf and drainage.

From bare dirt to a backyard
The yard behind this new house was bare dirt.
We drew the plans for a 40 by 15 foot pool, three and a half to five and a half feet deep with steps in one corner, and pulled the permit, and we ran the project as the general contractor.
Three sheer water features spill from a raised wall along one side. The pool also received three LED lights, Pentair equipment the homeowners control from a phone app, and an automatic cover in navy blue.
Around the pool we poured stamped concrete for the deck and the patio, and redid the front steps and walkway to match. We ran low-voltage lighting, about 300 feet of new drainage, a pipe for future irrigation and conduit for a future outdoor kitchen, then laid about 1,000 square feet of artificial turf.
The following summer, the homeowners called us back for the side yard: more turf, more drainage and a planter by the pool.
